📸 Photo Positioning

Please use the edit tool (pencil icon) to reposition your image before ordering. This will help ensure faces and important parts of your photo are not too close to the edges and are not cropped during production.

Important Photo Information

• We cannot be held responsible for images that have not been checked before purchase. As we do not have access to the original photo, we cannot compare or correct image quality.
• Please ensure your image is clear, high resolution, and not blurry before ordering.
• We are not professional photo editors and do not alter or enhance images. We print the photo exactly as it is uploaded.

Please Note

• Upload a clear, high-quality image with faces positioned away from the edges, as they may be cropped.
• Please allow for approximately 1-2cm of image loss around the edges during production. We cannot accept responsibility for faces or important details that are cropped. A centred image is recommended.
• Photos uploaded may be used on our social media pages. If you would prefer your image not to be shared, please let us know when placing your order.
• If you would like your slate printed in black and white, you must upload your image already converted to black and white.
• Older photographs may have lower pixel quality, which can affect the final print.

Colour & Print Quality

Please note that colours and image quality may vary slightly. This is a heat transfer process rather than a traditional photo print, so slight differences in colour, brightness, and finish are normal. Despite this, these slates make wonderful personalised gifts.

Your order includes:

• 2 display feet for standing the slate upright

As each slate is made from natural stone, every piece is completely unique. The slate may contain natural imperfections, uneven edges, small surface marks, minor scuffs, or variations in texture. These are natural characteristics of the material and are not considered faults.

Every slate is individually cut, so the shape and edges will vary from piece to piece, making each one truly one of a kind.
